It will up the energy and give everyone the boost they need to keep working. #2 Structure - having a plan is important to see the results. Being a member of group training gives everyone a routine. A routine focused on 100% effort towards each players goals. #3 Accountability - being in a group or on a team holds players accountable to getting in a workout. This accountability will keep us all working together for the benefit of the players end goals. #4 Fun - Yep! We have fun. It is enjoyable to workout with teammates or friends. This will help players push through the workouts with a positive attitude. #5 Support - Both trainer and players are there to support each other working through the process.
