I will deal with any task that confronts me, no matter how menial, no matter how arduous, not matter how boring, as if my entrance into the game depended on it being completed to the best of my ability. Now I know the most certain secret of success shared with any player. Now I know that if I ALWAYS DO MORE THAN IS EXPECTED OF ME, in all I’m ask to do, I cannot help but take long strides toward a better and more fulfilling playing career. All I need to do is throw myself into my practice and workouts with enthusiasm, with initiative, and with love. The are bigger plans for me, but they will never be acheived by accident. I MUST EARN the privilege of more playing time. I can grow, right here, right now, with whatever is at hand to do. The reward will come. I have faith.
