It doesn't happen overnight.
It's getting a little bit better everyday. We want it to happen now. We want it instant. It just doesn't work that work that way. We have to show up every single day, put in the work, and make little improvements each day. Quicker step work today. Harder dribble tomorrow. Shooting workout today. Then that little by little adds up. Think about it. Starting March 1st there are 92 days before June. In June is where high school teams play in their team camps. Imagine if you did purposeful skills, speed & agility, strength training, and mental prep work for 92 days. How much better would you be? How much better would we all be? If you play club it's another 30 days to those events you think are going to help you get recruited. That would be 122 days of getting better. Little by little. Don't try to do it all at once. It takes days, weeks, and months for little by little to add up. But I promise you, it DOES PAY OFF. Your little by little will pay off at the right time in the right place.
