“Simplicity is the keynote of success in any endeavor.” Og Mandino What does this quote have to do with basketball?
In order to be a good player one must simply be good at dribbling, passing, shooting, footwork, finishing; not to mention all the intangibles that go along with being a good basketball player. For some players this looks simple, but simplicity comes from hours and hours of getting better. Workouts that push oneself past the comfort zone on a consistent basis can make things look simple too. I reminded every time I watch a basketball player and think they are simply great - I’m reminded that simply comes from lots of work.
