"YOUR FUTURE DOES NOT EQUAL YOUR PAST"Tony Robbins Some players are still playing, but some teams and players are done with their season. The off-season is here or really, the improvement season. It is time to get better. However, if you are committed to confidently planning your improvement season, you must reflect on your past.
Here are two components to dealing with your past season, both individually and for the team: 1. Acknowledge what happened. 2. Learn from the experience. We spend lots of time planning our weekends or what tournaments we are going to play, but do we really look to plan our improvement season. Take some time to answer those questions - write it down - take some ownership and prepare to plan the process for making things different. Do you love the game? Do you want to be your best on the court? If you answered yes to these questions take a look at our training programs this spring by clicking here See you next week for part 2!
