![]() There is so much information on the internet out there today for players and coaches. What do I do? Who do I believe? Run this play. Train this way. No train this way. Make decisions. Skills training doesn't transfer. Small sided games. Private workouts. What? You just want to get better. You like being in the gym. You enjoy the hard work, the sweat, and the rewards of hard work. But, story after story about players spending hours shooting the basketball or putting in extra reps of a certain skill to finally pay off at the right time. These stories are inspiring so working hard and training does matter. If I listened to all the "so-called" experts on the internet, social media, and any other platform teaching or sharing basketball, every way to teach or train is wrong or doesn't produce the results you want. Or it does. If you believe it will pay off, it will pay off. Who knows when, but it will pay off. Therefore, how about you train, practice, or workout because of these reasons: 1. You love the game! 2. It's rewarding to work hard! 3. You do get better and more confident from workouts, training, or practice. Basketball is supposed to be fun. Creative! Coaches and trainers are here to inspire, educate, motivate, and encourage players of all ages to chase their dreams. We are here to guide them on this journey. Keep up the good work! Keep shooting the ball! Keep training and working hard because it does pay off.
