Wouldn't it be great to train skills and situations that are found in the game?
That's what our skills classes and memberships do for players who join these programs. These workouts involve the following: 1. Skills Enhancement. Breakdown of individual skills such as footwork, ballhandling, body position, finishing, and more. 2. Decision Making. Taking those skills that players develop and putting them into game action to make the right plays. 3. Competition. Players need to go against other players. Doing moves 1 on 0 without defense can be misleading. Train what is being done in games. That's right. College basketball, whether you son or daughter wants to play at that level doesn't matter, has broken the game down into categories. Here are the categories: 1. Isolation 2. Pick and Roll - Handler 3. Pick and Roll - Roll man 4. Post Up 5. Spot Up 6. Off Screen 7. Handoff 8. Cut 9. Offensive Boards 10. Transition Now within each category are breakdown situations to take a players game to the next level. From youth to high school, there are valuable skills that can be developed for players to maximize their impact on the team, play with confidence, and learn to think the game to make the right plays. Join us this spring. Either in our skills classes or small group memberships. See all the details on our webpage.
