Lets spend 3 days together at our Thanksgiving Shooting and Performance Series. Ninety minutes of shooting each day for 3 days. Plus 1 hour of working with a certified strength and conditioning coach for an hour.

April to May. These 6 weeks of workouts are focused on getting middle school aged players ready for their next basketball opportunity as well as supplemental workouts focused on individual skill development.
